Where Your Temu Receipt Lives (There Is No Paper One)
Temu is app-first, so the receipt is always digital. Open “Your Orders” in the app or on temu.com and every purchase shows its full breakdown — items, discounts, shipping, and total — with options to track, return, or contact support. A confirmation email doubles as the receipt for each order. There is no printed receipt in the package and no in-store counter to ask, so for an expense claim you export or screenshot the order page. Because Temu orders often bundle many cheap items, the itemized order page is far more useful than the card-statement line, which shows only a single “TEMU” charge that may not even match one order if purchases were split across shipments.
Returns, Refunds, and Purchase Protection
Temu leans on a shopper-friendly policy to build trust, and the receipt is the key to using it. Orders come with a return window (commonly around 90 days) and the first return per order is typically free, initiated from the order page. Temu’s Purchase Protection promises a refund for items that never arrive or arrive not as described — again filed against the order number. There is also a price-adjustment practice: if an item’s price drops shortly after purchase, the difference can sometimes be credited. Every one of these runs through the digital receipt, which is why keeping the order confirmation (not just the card charge) matters — it is the only document that itemizes what the refund or adjustment applies to.
Expenses, Bulk Orders, and Overseas Shipping Notes
Temu skews personal, but small businesses and resellers do buy in bulk, and there the receipt is the expense and cost-basis record. Two quirks matter for documentation. First, orders frequently arrive in multiple shipments on different dates, so one order can generate several delivery events against a single receipt — reconcile by order number, not by parcel. Second, because goods ship internationally, larger orders can carry import or customs considerations depending on destination and value; the receipt’s itemized total is what any such assessment references. For clean books, export the order history periodically rather than relying on emails that scatter across an inbox.

Create a Temu-Style Receipt
Our generator rebuilds an e-commerce order receipt in the Temu style — order number, itemized low-price lines, discounts, shipping, and total — as a clean PDF when you need a legible copy for records and the app export is not enough.
Use it responsibly: recreate only orders you actually placed, at their real amounts. Fabricating receipts for returns, Purchase Protection claims, or reimbursements is fraud — and Temu’s own order history is the authoritative record it will check. Temu is a trademark of its owner; this tool is not affiliated with the company.
